Who we are

A.M. Pfeffer operates Hometown Blues, The Weekly Diagnosis and the NFL Fan Confessional. This policy covers ampfeffer.com and its newsletter and confession forms. Contact: aaronpfeffer@gmail.com.

Information you provide

We receive the name and email address you enter, your team, your confession or message, and your choices about newsletter signup and permission to share your submission. Do not include private information about other people, financial information, medical records or anything you do not want reviewed.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver requested emails, acknowledge and review submissions, respond to messages, record consent, maintain subscriber preferences, and operate and protect the website. Newsletter signup and permission to share a confession are separate choices. Submitting a confession alone does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Confessions and public use

Our review team can read submitted confessions. Public use is based on the sharing permission you give. Your contact email is for administration and communication, not publication. Ask us about correcting or withdrawing a submission before it is used; material already distributed may remain in existing episodes, posts or copies.

Service providers and linked services

GoDaddy provides website hosting and related website services. HighLevel/LeadConnector provides forms, contact records and email delivery. Providers process information needed to operate those services. Embedded YouTube players, Google reCAPTCHA and linked podcast or social services may receive browser and device information and apply their own privacy policies. Clicking an external link takes you to that provider.

Cookies, email activity and online tracking

Website services may collect IP address, browser and device information, page activity and cookie identifiers. Email tools may record delivery, opens and link clicks. Use the available website cookie controls and your browser settings to manage cookies.

Before publication, confirm the site’s response to Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, all analytics/advertising tools in use, and whether any information is sold or shared for cross-context advertising.

Your choices and requests

Unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. You may also email aaronpfeffer@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a change to your submission permissions. We may need to verify your request. Records needed to honor an unsubscribe, comply with law or resolve a dispute may be retained.

Retention and security

We retain information while needed for the purposes above and applicable recordkeeping. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive personal information through the confession form.

Children

The forms are not intended for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
